Camper production

The first job is to take out any interior trims and start cutting out the roof and window panels. Our technicians have a steady hand!

We insulate all the interior panels, custom fit quality ply as the base for the floor and use the best quality carpet materials for the side panels.

The hard wearing non-slip flooring goes in next. The remaining side panels are finished off - even where you won't see it behind the cabinets. We don't skimp on anything.

The roof goes on. This takes two technicians most of the day to fit it up perfectly and make sure it's completely waterproof. You can have the roof panel body colour or custom. We offer over 20 coloured, fully waterproof, canvas sides.

The hand-made interior takes several days to fit up. The electrical cables are brought through as are the gas pipes for the oven and hob. LED lights are fitted into the overhead lockers and the fuse box is wired up. Fresh water is electrically pumped to the sink from the easy access container.

Finally we position the manufacturers crashed tested rear seats/bed in position. Whether you pick leather or cloth they are beautifully crafted and very comfortable.

The completed camper in all its glory. Talk to us soon about your one.
